A. What this means is that we will take care of everything for you. From a basic website to an eCommerce store or a database driven design and Content Management Systems. We will take care of all the details. You won't have any worries.

Q. Don't I need to use a Web Design Company that is local to me?
A. No. All of the details about the site are documented via email. Wether you are local or out of state. We have experience working with out of state clients.

Q. Do you provide domain name registration and web hosting?
A. Yes, we are a full service web development company. Our prices are competitive with the industry. We are not the cheapest but we offer the best service including being reachable by telephone.

Q. How does your billing work are there monthly minimums, setup fees or extras charges?
A. Web sites are billed by the project, and financing is available. There are no monthly minimums and never any hidden charges. There are no setup fee's or any other charges.

Q. After my site is finished can I go in and make changes myself?
A. Yes, you can make changes yourself if you chose to. If your site needs frequent updates we can set up a Conent Management System (CMS) for you. A CMS makes changing the content as easy as sending an email.  Although many of our clients decide to leave the driving to us. This way they can focus on their business and not waste time learning new technologies.

Q. Suppose I want to move my site to another web company?
A. We will assist you in moving your site. You are not forced to stay with us. We find the games that some companies play very distasteful. If you decide to leave we will be cordial and hope you decide to come back in the future.

Q. Do you work on a by project basis for a set fee or charge an hourly rate?
A. For small projects we generaly bill hourly. For larger projects we bill by the project. The price of the project will not increase, provided the scope (features and ammount of work) of the project originally qouted does not change. And we will always work within any reasonable budget.

Q. Do you support and provide maintenance for the sites you complete or am I on my own?
A. We support and maintain everything we build or host.

Q. If I need just a database or a customized form for my site will you do that?
A. Yes

A. We always strive to work within a client's budget. That budget has to be reasonable. Each site is as unique as each client. The cost is entirely dependent upon the scope of the project.

Q. I have limited funds but I need special features on the web site how can you help?
A. We do offer financing, and we will work with you to find creative solutions to get the most millage out of your investment.
