Online Invoicing

We process our online payments via Paypal; you can use your credit card, or if you have a Paypal account you can use your linked checking account to write an eCheck. They offer low rates, and a variety of other useful services. This system also allows us to take payments of variable amounts, rather than a set price. You do NOT need to have a Paypal account to use this service. Though you can save your information and setup an account for future use at your option. If you already know how to use the Paypal system please click the button below. Keep reading for further instructions.

Once you click on the payment button you will be brought to the following screen:

1. Enter your invoice total in the amount field

2. If you have a paypal account enter your username (Your Paypal username is the same as the email address you signed up under) and then enter your password. Then simply follow the prompts on screen.

If you do not have an account and simply want to pay with a credit card click the button labeled "Click Here" under the amount total. See the picture below for clarification:

3. Select NO SHIPPING REQUIRED. Then fill in the appropriate data below

4. Once your data is entered click the "Continue Checkout" button.

On the next screen enter the requested information. Towards the bottom you will have to enter type the security code shown in the picture. This is a security measure to ensure a person is filling out the form and protects your credit card number. Then click "Continue Checkout".

You may leave comments on the next page. We will know your total and send you a receipt for your payment within 48Hrs. If you would like to open a paypal account you may do so by following the prompts or simply close out the screen after your payment is approved. If you have any questions please let us know.
